Assessment as Part of Therapy - Intake
In person or online · Billed as part of your therapy sessions
This is a brief assessment completed in your first 1–3 therapy sessions to better understand the concerns that brought you to treatment, develop a treatment plan, and guide therapy.
It is intended to support treatment rather than provide a comprehensive psychological assessment or formal report.
Comprehensive Psychological Assessment
In person or online · Typically 10–15 hours at $240/hour
These assessments are more in-depth and are designed to answer specific questions or provide a detailed understanding of your psychological functioning. They may be completed for purposes such as diagnostic evaluation or clarification, treatment planning, disability or insurance applications, workplace or educational accommodations, or to help you better understand yourself.
A comprehensive written report is provided. Time includes testing, report writing, and documentation, and depends on your needs and the questions being asked.
ADHD and Autism (ASD) Assessment
Adults 18+ · Online across BC
Assessing for ADHD or autism takes specialized training and a focused approach. Many adults seek an assessment after years of wondering whether something in how they think, focus, or relate to others has a name.
These assessments answer that question directly and include a written report with practical recommendations you can use at work, at school, in your relationships, or in treatment. Package prices reflect a standard assessment; your clinician will confirm the scope during your free consultation.
Estimated price: ADHD $1,920 · Autism $2,160 · Combined ADHD and Autism $2,640.
Psychoeducational Assessment
Elementary through university students · In person in Comox
These comprehensive assessments evaluate cognitive, academic, and learning functioning to better understand a student’s learning profile. They can identify learning disorders, ADHD, giftedness, intellectual developmental disorders, and mental health diagnoses.

They are commonly completed to support educational planning, academic accommodations, and recommendations for learning supports. A comprehensive written report is provided.
We currently have a waitlist for psychoeducational assessments.

Pricing
Assessments are billed at $240 per hour, and a 50% deposit is required to book. Intake assessments are billed as regular therapy sessions and don’t require a deposit.

All new assessment clients begin with a complimentary 15-minute consultation call. During this call, the clinician will assess fit, discuss the scope of the assessment, answer any questions you may have, and confirm the cost based on your needs.
We do our best to match you with a clinician whose expertise is a good fit for the type of assessment you are seeking. Including as much detail as you can in your contact form about your concerns and the purpose of the assessment helps us connect you with the right clinician or, if needed, point you to helpful alternative resources.
